Based on the auto-biography of Oberst H. Hermann (Herrmann, Hajo, Bewegtes Leben - Kampf- und Jagdflieger 1935 - 1945, Motorbuchverlag, Stuttgart, 1. Auflage 1984, ISBN: 3 – 613 – 01008 – 9) it has now been established that the first GefStd was established in the bunker of Lw.Befh.Mitte at the Olympia Stadion. At that point in time 30 JD was directly subordinate to the former. The staff was housed in a villa in the vicinity.  It is uncertain if 30 JD moved out at the time when Lw.Befh.Mitte relocated.  Later it moved to a location in the Elsgrund area.  Both locations thanks to Mr. Andy Wagstaff,

  The Elsgrund (Löwnen-Adler) Kaserne.  Based on this quote from the book mentioned above:  "Mitte März 1944 ließ mich Göring wissen, dass ich die 1. Jagddivision zu übernehmen hätte. Von Elsgrund, dem letzten Sitz der 30. Jagddivision, nach Döberitz war es nur ein kurzer Sprung"  it is not inconceivable, that this was the location of the second GefStd of 30 JD.
